This is my favorite Antonio Carlos Jobim tune.

It’s a masterpiece of melodic development with a wonderful chord progression, incredible arrangement, and stellar performance.

I am currently arranging it for a small ensemble.

There isn’t a Jobim song that I don’t love. The rhythm, texture and lushness of Brazil all rapped up in wonderful melodies.
